How do I cancel my order

To cancel an order, please email cancel@hip2buy.com. Be sure to include your order number and a message that you want to cancel the order.

If you order has not processed yet, we can cancel the order without any restocking fee. Please note that orders generally process within 12 hours, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already processed and cannot be cancelled, please refer to the following section on how to return your order.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL ITEMS ON MAJOR CLEARANCE AND MARKED FINAL SALE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If the unit is defective, please email us, and we will work to send you a new one. 

ALSO NOTE: ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL (Quantities over 10 are considered wholesale orders)

To initiate a return, please email return returns@hip2buy.com with your order number and a message indicating which item(s) in the order you wish to return. In events outside of defective products received (where a full exchange or refund is applicable) The time frame in which we can assist you with a return is 30 days for an exchange/refund for general merchandise. Our customer service team will respond with an RMA number and shipping instructions. In the case of buyers remorse you the buyer will be responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping. Please do not return anything to us without receiving an a RMA number first!

All items must be received back in their original condition and must not be broken or altered in any way. For example, new and unopened items must be sent back new and unopened. Exchanges/ refunds are processed within 0-5 business days from receipt of your merchandise and completion of our quality warranty inspection. If items are returned in any other state than how they were purchased, the return will be treated as buyer’s remorse and you will be charged an 8% restocking fee. Depending on the condition the item is received (i.e. damage to packaging, water damage, intentional damage, signs of use, etc.), we reserve the right to return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.

Changing an Order:

To make a change to an order, please email support@hip2buy.com with your order number and a message indicating the change(s) that are needed. To change an order, we must receive your request before your order is processed, which is generally within 12 hours of receipt. If your order has already been processed, please refer to our Returns policy above.

We do everything we can to ensure orders are shipped out quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, this falls out of our hands. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or any other 3rd party shipping delays that can occur. The moment that we get an update from carriers is the moment that we let you know.

Is my credit card information safe?

Safer than safe. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly to a secure third-party server – you can tell you're on a safe page by the padlock icon that appears on your browser. When you make an order, our system scans your information for potential fraud. If there is a reason to suspect fraud, we will contact you to verify your order. If you do not verify with us within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
We take pride in our fast and reliable shipping! We always try and ship within 24-48 hours of placing your order, and we'll always notify you as soon as your product ships.
 
Occasionally we will ship items to you directly from our supplier. In these cases, orders usually take 7-10 business days to begin shipping. Once your order ships, tracking information will be updated. .
Sometimes we are forced to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes oversold products, products listed or priced incorrectly, and orders unable to be processed for other reasons. In those situations, you will always receive a full refund. If you would like to know why a specific order was cancelled, please contact our Customer Service Team.
