We do everything we can to ensure orders are shipped out quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, this falls out of our hands. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or any other 3rd party shipping delays that can occur. The moment that we get an update from carriers is the moment that we let you know.

Is my credit card information safe?

Safer than safe. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers. Your payment information is transmitted directly to a secure third-party server – you can tell you're on a safe page by the padlock icon that appears on your browser. When you make an order, our system scans your information for potential fraud. If there is a reason to suspect fraud, we will contact you to verify your order. If you do not verify with us within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
We take pride in our fast and reliable shipping! For non-prescription orders. We always try and ship within 24-72 hours of placing your order, and we'll always notify you as soon as your product ships. Sometimes your product may be on backorder and can take up to 14 business days.
 
When making custom prescription lenses these orders take much longer as they are passed to our labs and technical team. In these cases, orders usually take 10-21 business days to begin shipping. Once lens are produced for your order, your order will not be able to be cancelled as your order then gets placed in a cue for your lenses to be custom cut to your glasses. Once your order ships, tracking information will be updated.
Sometimes we are forced to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances. This includes oversold products, products listed or priced incorrectly, and orders unable to be processed for other reasons. In those situations, you will always receive a full refund. If you would like to know why a specific order was cancelled, please contact our Customer Service Team.
